Maura is a graduate student of international affairs and policy and an Arctic enthusiast. Originally from upstate New York, Maura’s undergraduate studies took her to St. Andrews, Scotland to study International Relations and Modern History. She found her love for all things Arctic while seeking a fascinating dissertation topic in 2011. She currently lives and studies in Paris and contributes to TAI’s weekly briefing The Arctic This Week.
